Mrs. Geetha Muthiah

Director

Mrs. Geetha Muthiah, wife of Mr. M.A.M.R Muthiah, the Director of Chettinad - Sath Sadhana is a visionary and takes care of the Education and Services wing of the Group which includes schools, colleges and other service-oriented organisations. Her humanistic approach inspires the organisation to create an environment that is caring, culturally rich where learning is  a joyful discovery. A visionary and philanthropist, Mrs. Geetha Muthiah’s vision is to empower the organisation to offer a transformational education that aims to develop creative, collaborative, adaptable and resilient humans who  are ethical and compassionate  individuals contributing to  a sustainable future.

Ms. Trayee Sinha

Vice President

With over 2 decades of experience in the field of Education, Ms. Trayee Sinha is the Vice President of Chettinad – Niyogaa, the Education and Services division of the Chettinad Group. She started her career as a Montessorian with a goal of making a mark in early childhood education. Ms. Trayee joined a premium corporate chain of pre-schools, where she ascended to the post of National Coordinator. Her aspiration towards structured, standardized and value-based learning was instrumental in driving her to establish and expand corporate brands in schooling across India. In an era of rapid changes in the education world, she has been a curriculum-developer, trainer and a mentor with leading brands of education before joining the Chettinad group a decade back. She believes that learning is at its best when it is hands-on and that an inspiring Educator understands the learning style of the child and facilitates a joyful and active learning environment. Ms. Trayee Sinha in her current role with the Chettinad Group, heads the functional aspects of all the education and service entities under the division.

Ms. Saumya Radjindrin

Management Representative

With a Computer Science Engineering degree, Diploma in Montessori and PG Diploma in Education Management, Ms. Saumya Radjindrin started her career in Academics as a Montessori educator drawing inspiration from her own child. Her experience of working with children across different boards and streams, including specially gifted children, led to the discovery and conviction that ‘every child is unique'. Hence her approach has been to present education customised for every child. She believes that the best possible way to ensure education for life is to let children explore and learn using their senses. To see the smile on their faces from their learning experiences is the best gift for an educator.

Ms. Mallika Ganapathy

Advisor

Ms. Mallika Ganapathy brings with her over two decades of experience working extensively with differently-abled children, training them in vocational skills and   facilitating them in graduating from schools/colleges. She has worked with administrators on policies, teachers on pedagogic practices in rural areas, special, CBSE, ICSE and Cambridge Schools in the southern states of India. Realizing the importance of capacity building in teachers, she has authored various books, articles and training manuals on Inclusive practises in schools. She has also developed a Universal Curriculum for Primary classes to meet the needs of every child in the class.
